My friend and I thank you all for prayers for her sister who had a ruptured appendix/surgery/and complications a few weeks ago. After 10 days in the hospital, she is now recovering slowly but surely at home. We see God's healing touch where medical outlook seemed grim.

The Grantham's home was not burned down, praise God. Keep them in prayer as they seek to minister to neighbors who did lose their homes in the fire. Grace Fellowship will be reaching out to them as well.

Laurie Graber, Lori Brothers, Marcia Roth
On their way to the candle light for Chrysalis in Tehachapi they were in a car accident. They were air lifted to AV and Holy Cross Hospital and need prayer. Lori Brothers is badly bruised, but was released from AV Hospital the night of the accident. Laurie Graber and Marsha Roth were sent to Holy Cross hospital is Mission Hills. Laurie Graber has a broken leg and is undergoing surgery. Marsha Roth has broken and/or bruised ribs and a lacerated liver.
Praise God that they survived this crash. Pray that healing will be swift and that God will place a hedge of protection around our Emmaus and Chrysalis communities.

Kameron was to have been on Boys Flight #4 this week but has to dropout. He has an infection in his mouth that will be operated on later this week. Keep him in your prayers!

Pray for our Youth and our Team attending the Girl's and Boy's Chrysalis Flights
Hard to believe, but our next series of Flights are almost upon us. Our teams have worked hard to ready themselves for the spiritual efforts ahead. Our Board has planned and prepared and - most important - God has shown us His love and grace by bringing some very special youth to this very special weekend.
Please join us in prayer that the love of Jesus will be made manifest to each of our youth - to the extent that each of our Caterpillars takes personal ownership of their faith journey. Pray that they will be excited to share this Gospel weekend with others. Also pray that Satan does not block any of them from receiving God's love this weekend and next. Lord give them ears to hear and eyes to see!
Pray that our teams are spiritually prepared to be the hands and feet of Jesus; that at every moment of the weekend, they experience a supernatural sense of the presence of Jesus through the power of his Holy Spirit. Pray for energy and endurance to run this 72 hour race. Pray that Satan will be bound and Kingdom power be loosed!
Pray for community to support these events as well through prayer and attendance at our Community events during the weekend.
Even so, "come Lord Jesus, come."

Please keep the Grantham's in your prayers, their house is among those in jeopardy. Also let's pray for those who have already lost their homes and especially for community aid. Pray for the firefighters and care givers.

Mike Hawley's Mom is at City of Hope and is undergoing a series treatments this month for a recurring cancer. Please join us in prayer that her treatments will eliminate the cancer; that her doctors and care givers will be divinely guided and for the Holy Spirit to comfort her and the extended family.

A sister of my very close friend went into surgery for a ruptured appendix Sunday night. She is not doing well with the medicines and is not trying to get moving at all yet. She now has a fever too, so infection. Please pray for her and the whole family. She is married and has 2 school age kids. Its been a long 3 days for them, with a lot of worry going on. I'm praying for her returned strength and desire to fight, and a break in the fever. Thank you all.

Prayer for Terry Wilson
Terry is having surgery tomorrow June 22nd, 2pm at Valley Presbyterian Hospital. He will having "anterior cervical diskectomy fusion". The C5-T1 in his neck will be fused together. The surgery will take @ 4hours. He has to wear a neck brace for @8-10 weeks after surgery.
Please pray all goes well during surgery and that the pain during the recovery is at a minimum.
